Supplies

The typical specimen collection supplies are provided to clients, including test tubes, needles, specimen bags, band aids, swabs, cotton balls, alcohol preps, centrifuges and more. They may be obtained by completing a NRI Laboratories, Inc. Supply Request Form.

Please allow us one week for delivery of lab supplies, but we will make every effort to accommodate emergency / urgent requests.

Courier Services

NRI Laboratories, Inc. provides all clients with specimen pick-up services. The services are available Monday through Saturday, and can be scheduled according to the needs of the client (either on a routine or ad-hoc basis).

Each courier is equipped with special storage containers to ensure the integrity of specimens during transportation to the laboratory. For after hours pick-ups, a specimen lockbox is also available.

Internet Services & Integration

Clients can log-in to www.nrilabs.com to obtain up-to-the-minute results, order tests and view patient information. The results are available as soon as their finalized. For clients that prefer faxing, results can be automatically faxed.

If you have an information system (e.g., EMR) that you would like integrated directly with the laboratory system, then we will work with you to develop a custom integrated solution so that you can see the results on your system as soon as their ready.
